What we collect

When you subscribe, we collect your name, email address, business name, and the property addresses you are claiming, along with the dates you used them. We need these to find comparable rates and produce your documentation.

When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email, and what you wrote.

Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store your card number.

Why we collect it

To find comparable local rental rates for your address, calculate your rate, generate your report and lease contract, and keep your records available for the tax year you subscribed to.

To reply to you when you contact us, and to send you the emails the service needs to send, such as your report.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share your details with advertisers. We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

If you book a demo with us, that booking is handled by Calendly, and the name, email address and any answers you give go to them as well as to us. Calendly sets its own cookies inside the booking page and has its own privacy policy, which you can read on their site before you book. You can always email us at support@augustaforbusiness.com instead if you would rather not use it.

We use outside services to run the product, including hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and the automation that gathers comparable rates. They only receive what they need to do their part, and they are not allowed to use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

We keep your case records so they stay available to you for the tax year you subscribed to, and afterwards for as long as you may need them for your own records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to support@augustaforbusiness.com and we will take care of it.
